The whole of being human -
navigated together
The better you know yourself, the more fully you can live.
Photographer: Matthew Smeal
Not the curated version of yourself. The layered one — the one navigating real emotions, real relationships, real thresholds. The one who is neither broken nor finished, but somewhere in the alive and complicated middle.
I call this territory humanness — the full terrain of being alive. The embodied, the relational, the shadow and the light, the ordinary and the sacred.
This is a space to feel held without attachment, witnessed without judgement. Not a sanctuary you escape to — one you learn to carry within yourself.
The ultimate invitation of Soul Sarana is a pilgrimage - through the embodied, archetypal, and the energetic - returning to the part of you that exists beyond name, role, and responsibility. The part that is not just the destination, but the path, and the one walking it.
Welcome.

In your words
“It’s unlike any yoga I’ve tried before - in a good way (and I love yoga).”
Lyn, Sydney
“Safia has helped me see more angles and perspectives on my relationships. Her calm nature, her depth of knowledge and insightfulness has guided me through the often muddied and confused world of relationships without forgetting who I am.”
Wayd, Sydney
“Within a half an hour after our long-distance [reiki] session, I slept longer than I had in my life – 12 hours! (Much needed!) I highly recommend Safia for any of her services.”
Katy, LA
