Each class offers kriyas (sequences) intuitively chosen for whoever shows up. Each of you influences how that particular practice is shaped. All practices are accessible to all levels of fitness and mobility, you are actively encouraged to modify as necessary.
Whether you're an early morning, evening or weekend kinda person, there are classes to meet you there. Yoga classes are live online, via Zoom, and an hour-long. Current timetable is Monday & Tuesday 6PM, Wednesday 5.30PM & Saturday 8AM (AEST). Australian public holidays are observed.
And, in case of one of *those* weeks for either you or I (cos well life - and public holidays - happens sometimes), there is a library of recorded class available, refreshed on a semi-regular basis. That way you never miss out.
