These terms apply to all services offered by Soul Sarana, operated by Safiatou Rowland (ABN: 16 279 295 527). By booking a session, purchasing a product, or accessing any Soul Sarana service, you agree to these terms.

1. About Soul Sarana

Soul Sarana is owned and operated by Safiatou Rowland (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Soul Sarana, based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, NSW, Australia. We offer integrative mentoring, reiki and energy healing, kundalini yoga, soundwave sessions, online practices, workshops, and digital membership through The Sanctuary.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

Our services are intended for adults aged 16 years and over. By booking or purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract or have a responsible legal representative.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you have a current or recent physical or mental health condition, please consult your GP or treating practitioner before booking.

3. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

3.1 Nature of Services

Soul Sarana offers integrative mentoring, energy healing, kundalini yoga, soundwave sessions, and related wellness services. These are complementary in nature and are provided for educational, informational, and self-development purposes only. Our services do not constitute and are not a substitute for:

Medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical practitioner

Psychological or psychiatric treatment or advice from a mental health professional

Legal or financial advice from a qualified legal or financial professional

Safiatou Rowland is not a medical practitioner, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or counsellor and does not represent herself as such.

3.2 Consult Your Own Practitioners

If you have or suspect you have a physical or mental health condition, please consult your own doctor or mental health practitioner before booking or using any Soul Sarana service. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, any existing primary medical care you are receiving. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of anything you have read on this website or received through our services.

3.3 Personal Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that you are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. You agree to use your own judgment and due diligence before applying any suggestion or recommendation received through our services.

3.4 No Guarantees

Results from our services vary between individuals and depend on a wide range of personal factors including commitment, background, and individual circumstances. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Our role is to support and accompany you — your results depend ultimately on your own engagement and follow-through.

3.5 Assumption of Risk

Complementary wellness practices including energy healing, kundalini yoga, and somatic work carry inherent variability in experience and outcome. By booking and using our services, you acknowledge and accept this variability. If at any point during a session you feel uncomfortable or unwell, you are encouraged to communicate this immediately and to stop the session if needed. Your safety and wellbeing are always the priority.

3.6 Testimonials

Any testimonials or client experiences shared on our website or social media represent individual experiences and are not intended to suggest that all clients will achieve the same results. They are shared in the spirit of honest illustration, not guarantee.

3.7 Accuracy of Information

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information published on soulsarana.com. However, given the evolving nature of research in complementary health, somatic practice, and energetic modalities, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

5. Bookings & Payments

Sessions are booked through our online booking platform (Acuity Scheduling). Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. For international clients, currency conversion and any associated bank fees are your responsibility. Soul Sarana is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe). Soul Sarana does not store your payment details.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 48 hours notice Full refund if already paid, or no charge if payment was pending. Cancel via your booking confirmation email or by contacting hello@soulsarana.com.

24–48 hours notice 50% refund. Cancel via your booking confirmation or email us directly.

Less than 24 hours notice / no show No refund. The full session fee applies.

Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge, via your booking confirmation email. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee at our discretion.

Packages Packages are available to existing clients only. Cancellation terms for packages are discussed and agreed individually at the time of purchase.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this cancellation policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is significantly different from what was agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly — please contact us at hello@soulsarana.com in the first instance.

7. Online Services & Digital Products

Soul Sarana offers online sessions via Zoom, live and recorded practices via Kajabi (The Sanctuary), and digital content. For online services, you are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and private space. Technical difficulties on your end do not entitle you to a refund, though we will always endeavour to reschedule where reasonably possible. Recorded content within The Sanctuary membership is for your personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be shared, downloaded, distributed, or reproduced without our written permission. Your membership to The Sanctuary continues on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created and published by Soul Sarana — including but not limited to written copy, session frameworks, recorded practices, brand name, logo, and phrase bank — is the intellectual property of Safiatou Rowland trading as Soul Sarana, unless otherwise stated. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use content accessed through our services for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercialise any Soul Sarana content without our prior written permission. “Soul Sarana,” “humanness navigator,” and associated phrases and marks are the intellectual property of Safiatou Rowland. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

Soul Sarana collects personal information (name, email, health context where relevant) for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver our services (e.g. booking platform, payment processor) or where required by law. We handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

For international clients: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. 10. Confidentiality

Soul Sarana treats all personal information shared within sessions with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose information about you to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where we believe there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others.

Session notes, where kept, are held securely and are not shared.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Soul Sarana’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

12. Dispute Resolution

We genuinely hope that any concerns can be resolved through direct conversation. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@soulsarana.com in the first instance and we will endeavour to respond within five business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, we agree to refer the matter to conciliation through the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC) before pursuing arbitration or litigation. Conciliation will be conducted in accordance with ADC Guidelines for Commercial Conciliation. This clause survives termination of any agreement between us.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW for any dispute arising under these terms. For international clients, nothing in these terms affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of your own country where those laws apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
